BioAgilytix Appoints Euan Menzies as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Durham, NC, June 16, – BioAgilytix Labs, LLC (“BioAgilytix”), a leading global contract research organization focused on supporting pharmaceutical and biotech partners in all phases of drug development, today announces the appointment, effective immediately, of Euan Menzies as Chairman and CEO. Jim Datin is retiring from his executive management role but will continue to serve as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors.
Euan Menzies joins BioAgilytix with significant experience and a proven background as CEO and Chairman of several software and business services companies. Most notably, he was Chairman and CEO of Bioclinica until its successful merger with ERT (now Clario) in April Previous roles include over ten years as CEO at Vertafore, a highly successful financial services software company. Prior to that he was a senior executive with The Thomson Corporation (now Thomson Reuters).

Vertafore is a leading vendor of management systems for independent agents and brokers in the property & casualty insurance industry.
The company also provides comparative rating software to independent agents, policy administration software to regional insurance carriers, and reference information for the property & casualty insurance industry nationwide.

Galmo and Althea Williams founded the TCAAF on World AIDS Day in with other concerned citizens who wanted to take proactive measures to raise awareness, compassion and consciousness for HIV/AIDS within the community of the Turks and Caicos Islands. Affectionately known as “Gilley” to his family and friends, Hon. Williams’ first passion was the culinary arts. With the help of close family, he was able to pursue this dream when he went to school overseas. Around this same time, Althea (his future wife), a proud and strong woman, worked as an administrative assistant for Johnston International Ltd. The two began a relationship and told the other of their dreams.
Gilley dreamt of opening his own restaurant and Althea aspired to launch a travel agency/property management service. With such ambition, it wasn’t long before each fulfilled their goals. Over the years, both businesses bloomed and flourished and expanded to what is now known as Gilley’s Enterprises Ltd. With such good fortune bestowed upon them, Gilley & Althea felt very strongly about giving back to the community that supported their dreams. Around this same time, the HIV/
